About Me
I grew up in Jackson, Mississippi where I attended Forest Hill High School. During that time, I received private instruction from Gary Walters.
I received a BA in Visual Art from Mississippi College under such great artists as Kenneth Quinn, Dr. Samuel Gore, Dr. Steven Glaze, Steve Cook and Albert Smathers.
I taught Art for 5 years in Madison County Public Schools and I am currently teaching Art at Canton High School while working on my M.ED in Art Education.
I Married Sharon Strong from Canton, Mississippi where we currently live. I have three children--Max, Maggie, and Jack.
I have been painting portraits for the last 12 years. I have also been doing Live Worship Art Paintings for the last couple of years.
