Heartsong Worship Arts Camp 2011
I got the opportunity to play, sing, paint, and teach a class with some really great people at Heartsong. There were so many great opportunities for students to learn about creative worship...I really had a blast there.

Worship at FBC Ridgeland
I got to lead worship at FBC, paint this, then play and sing the song "You Thought of Us" by Kyle Matthews (see the video)...What a great day.

Worship at Lifepoint Church in Senatobia, MS
I had a great time worshiping with the good folks at LifePoint. The painting was titled, "Invest" reflecting the Church's vision. I love to have a small part in that.
Awakening: A Night of Worship at Swor Auditorium
This Night of Worship was with The Blake Walker Band. I had just met them that day and it was so laid back and fun...there was no real plan, no order...just free Worship with people who love God.

Heartsong Worship Arts Camp 2010
It was an honor to perform for opening night of Heartsong's Worship Camp at William Carey University. It was an even bigger honor to get to work there the following year. I can't wait to do it again this summer.
In Remembrance
This is one of the paintings that I did for the Communion at First Baptist Church in Madison, MS. The photos were taken by Kenny Baker. When they asked me to do a painting, I thought about how sometimes when I partake in Communion, I often forget its true meaning. I sometimes get distracted by the stale, dry taste of the bread or the tartness of the grape juice that they serve and I fail to focus on the reality that Jesus wanted us to remember.

As worship pastor, I was able to do what I love the most: teach, paint, play and sing, write songs, act....and my favorite thing...talk about what it means to worship the Creator as an artist.
